past perfect simple - בעיקרון אני לא יודע איך להסביר את זה אבל אתן לך דוגמאות ומכך תסיקי לבד את ההבדלים.
i have wrote a song to my teacher
i have worked out today
he has spoken to his friend

past perfect progressive -
i was talking on my cellphone
we were sleeping at my friend's house
they were acting weird
